Spirit Art - What is it and how is it created?

Spirit Art is most commonly defined as spiritually influenced art that is created through Mediumship. It can include paintings, sketches and drawings that depict loved ones who have passed to the Spirit World, visions of the afterlife or other dreamlike images. It can also include landscapes or particular locations, symbols and familial objects related to those who have passed through the veil.
While connected to the Spirit World during readings, I have been fortunate enough to clairvoyantly see detailed images (such as the one in the photo that accompanies this post) and am blessed to have the ability to put them down on paper. These images directly relate to the Souls that I am connecting with on the other side, and is their way of providing symbology that comes with a great sense of love and emotion. It tells me about who they were in human form, what was important to them and how they lived their lives. While this form of Spirit Art is transmitted to me in my practice as an Evidential Medium, this is not the only way that the Spirit World communicates these images.
Have you ever been in the middle of a mundane task and found yourself daydreaming, being taken away to a far off place and experiencing places, people or objects that are not in your immediate reality? This daydream state is a meditative state that presents the perfect opportunity for the Spirit World to communicate with us to transmit these images that can become Spirit Art. It is a beautiful way for us to explore our emotions and feelings at a Soul level. I understand that many people don't fancy themselves artists in any way, shape or form, but no matter - these experiences can be written down just as easily for future reflection. When we write about what we have seen during these daydream or meditative states, we can easily recall the images in our mind's eye, and more importantly, the feelings and emotions that accompanied them.
