The Healing Power of Evidential Mediumship

When I began my study of Evidential Mediumship in 2019, I had no concept of how it would change my life. At that point, I had been providing Psychic/Tarot readings since the mid 1990s as well as teaching Yoga and Meditation for nearly as long. Although I had repeatedly witnessed the healing powers of these modalities for the recipients/participants, I had no idea of how my study and development of Evidential Mediumship would impact others as well as my own life in a profoundly healing way.

The study and development of Evidential Mediumship allows a practitioner to merge and blend with the Spirit World through Meditation and of course, during readings or demonstrations where Soul Communicators (the Souls of our loved ones who have passed to the other side) use the Evidential Medium as a channel to provide information about themselves... in other words, evidence of their continued existence in the afterlife.

The information from Soul Communicators in the Spirit World channeled through an Evidential Medium can include:

• Names and/or initials identifying the Soul Communicator

• Personality traits and/or habits

• Descriptions of items that were of importance to the Soul Communicator as well as details regarding their residence at the time of passing

• Manner of passing and/or health conditions that led to passing

• Specific locations, memories or events directly associated with the reading recipient/sitter

• Appearance including manner of dress, hairstyle, etc.

• Occupations and hobbies

• Religious or Spiritual practices

• Description of objects (e.g. jewelry, art, furniture, etc.) that once belonged to the Soul Communicator that are now in the hands of the reading recipient/sitter

• Knowledge of current life events of the reading recipient/sitter that allow the Soul Communicator to let their loved one know they are present and are aware of their life happenings

While an Evidential Medium does not have the ability to control the identity of the Soul Communicator that comes forward during a reading, the information that is presented, in my belief, proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that our loved ones exist in the Spirit World and will always be a part of us, as we are all made up of energy that can never be destroyed and are eternally connected. These connections allow us to identify ourselves not only in physical form, but as Souls who are part of an intricately connected web of energy that can never be broken.

This eternal connection and beautiful circle of communication between the Medium, the Recipient/Sitter and the Spirit World is where profound healing takes place. In no way am I attempting to downplay the effects of the grief of losing a Loved One, but I believe without any doubt that these communications bring a sense of love, compassion, peace, connection and sometimes closure to all involved. I am a continued witness to the fact that the knowledge and evidence that our Loved Ones continue to exist, just not in physical form, can change our lives as human beings in a profoundly positive way.

I truly believe that all of us have the ability to communicate with our Loved Ones who have passed, whether we realize it or not.
